The staff at this ryokan were really friendly and the service was top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food at the inn exceeded our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the dishes. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot spring, which was absolutely amazing and provided a relaxing experience.
Neg: The only downside was that the staff's English skills were not very strong.

Spent my Christmas at a hot spring inn nearby and it was a good choice, despite some cons. The staff were very kind and attentive. Food was fantastic and the services they offered were on point. The location was really convenient, making it easy to get around. Not to mention, the hot spring was the real highlight of the place, relaxing and reviving.
The language barrier was an issue. Staff struggled to communicate in English, which caused a few misunderstandings.

The food served was mouth-watering, and the spa experience was tranquil. the room decoration was delightful, with stunning views from the balcony that made our stay spellbinding. the location being in a quiet neighborhood made it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
The staff members couldn't speak English fluently, which caused some significant communication problems during our romantic escape. the telephone was ineffective in communication, and emailing took a long time to get a response.
