The staff at this ryokan were really friendly and the service was top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food at the inn exceeded our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the dishes. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot spring, which was absolutely amazing and provided a relaxing experience.

Neg: The only downside was that the staff's English skills were not very strong.

The location was really convenient, making it easy to get around. Not to mention, the hot spring was the real highlight of the place, relaxing and reviving.

The language barrier was an issue. Staff struggled to communicate in English, which caused a few misunderstandings.
